For all countries we offer DPD classic delivery service with PREDICT Track & Trace. The day before delivery, you receive an e-mail or SMS notifying that we will deliver the parcel the next working day. On the day of delivery, we will send you an email or text with a one hour time slot. You can decide when and where a parcel can be delivered. We inform you of the time slot, so that you don’t have to wait at home for the driver.
Please note that the orders are only processed and shipped Monday through Friday (business days). Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days.
For Orders to Netherlands, Belgium, Germany please allow 1 to 3 business days for delivery.
For Orders to Luxembourg, France, Denmark, Austria, Switzerland please allow 2 to 4 business days for delivery.
For Orders to Poland, Czech Republic, Italy, Hungary, Republic of Ireland, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Norway please allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery.
For Orders to Bosnia, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Serbia: please allow 4 to 8 business days for delivery.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information allowing you to track your order.
Because an order cannot be cancelled once a shipping label has been created, please contact us within 4 hours of your order time. After that, your request will be treated as a return request. Please contact us at email@example.com.
If your item is not in stock or stock is depleted via another channel, we will refund your order.
Items Damaged During Transit:
If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us within 36 hours by emailing our customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you do not contact us within this time period, your damage claim may be denied by the carrier. Customer assumes all responsibility for the damaged item before it is picked up by the corresponding carrier agents.
Every product is satisfaction guaranteed and may be returned within 30 days of delivery date as long as it is in brand new condition (including but not limited to scratches or dents) and it also must be returned in the original box with the user manual and accessories. The customer is responsible for shipping the products back. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Any credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser. All returns must be in original/sell-able condition and include the original packaging with all tags attached. Only items purchased from www.shop.uk.quirky.com can be accepted for return.

Every Quirky product comes with a 2 year manufacturer warranty against mechanical defects (limitations and terms below). Warranty does not cover water damage.
Only items purchased on this site (shop-eu.quirky.com) since launch (June 2017) are covered by our warranty policy.
Products purchased in-store must be returned to the original retailer.
Products purchased before acquisition (December, 28th, 2015) by Q Holdings, LLC are not covered under the manufacturer warranty.
This Limited Warranty covers the original purchaser from any defects in material or workmanship under normal use for 1 year from the date of invoice. This warranty is only offered to the original purchaser of the product, and is not transferable to a subsequent purchaser. Quirky will either repair or replace the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts are our discretion. Replacements may be different but functionally equivalent models. This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. These conditions may include, but are not limited to, road hazards, accidents, and improper operation or maintenance. Items returned for refund must be returned within 30 days from delivery. Under no circumstances will we issue refunds after 30 days.
Replacement Extended Warranty:
All replacement products are covered by the standard warranty starting at the date of original delivery. If for various reasons the replacement procedure extends beyond the warranty period, we at our discretion will extend the warranty coverage on such replacement up to an additional 30 days. Please be advised that this extended warranty is final and any additional extensions are non-negotiable.
Limits and Exclusions:
There are no express warranties except as listed above. Quirky shall not be liable for special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including, without limitation, direct or indirect damages for personal injury, loss of goodwill, profits or revenue, loss of use this product or any associated equipment, cost of substitute equipment, downtime cost, or any other losses, or claims of any party dealing with buyers from such damages, resulting from the use of or inability to use this product or arising from breach of warranty or contract, negligence, or any other legal theory. In no event shall Quirky be liable for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages or liabilities (including but not limited to incidental or consequential damages for loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of product, or any other consequential or incidental loss) in connection with the purchase, use, or operation of the product. Quirky is not liable for property damage, personal injury, or death. All express and implied warranties, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the applicable warranty period set forth above.
Country specific rights:
Some countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary, from town to town.
